3. Jaw crusher is widely used in crushing production line. 5. When crushing hard and very hard (Puerto hardness coefficient is 5~10) materials, the lining plate is in the shape of wavy ribs;

6. When crushing very hard and hard (Puerto hardness coefficient is 10~18) materials, the lining plate should be ribs with wide intervals, and the ratio of the rib width t and the rib height h of the lining plate is T/H≈2~3.

7. When choosing the type of crusher, first make a choice according to the feed particle size. If the production capacity of a coarse crusher jaw crusher can meet the needs, the jaw crusher should be selected. Generally, when the production capacity is no more than 550T/H, the jaw crusher tends to be selected; in terms of medium and full crushing, the jaw crusher is also selected when the production capacity is small.
