The running water has to be the first, and the competition is endless. On the road of research and development of rotary drilling rigs, Yutong people have never stopped exploring. Yutong launched the YTR series of rotary drilling rigs in 2003. From the Bird's Nest of the National Olympic Games Theme Pavilion to the nationally planned four-vertical and four-horizontal high-speed railway, Yutong's rotary drilling rigs are showing off their vigorous performance.

On the long road of development, due to deviations in business philosophy, the overlay industry entered a cold winter. From 2012 to 2017, Yutong rotary drills fell into unprecedented difficulties. But Yutong people have not given up. We know that "only by adhering to long-termism and focusing on making good products can we win the trust of customers and market recognition." So we decided to pull out all the stops and change from the past "supermarket strategy" to a "needle-tip strategy", concentrating resources on making only one product. In 2017, Yutong finally successfully launched the YTR300Dmax rotary drill with excellent performance, stability and reliability. This is the result of Yutong’s insistence on long-termism, and it is also a symbol of the phoenix’s nirvana and rebirth from the ashes.

Similarly, in the development process of the field of strong consolidation, Yutong has always adhered to long-termism and studied product quality in depth with a firm pace; it will not quickly modify and sell similar products because of the prosperity of the industry; nor will it give up the strong consolidation of the market because of the industry downturn. Yutong established the Engineering Hoisting Machinery Division in 2008 to carefully develop dynamic compactors. With accumulation and accumulation, Yutong people are accumulating strength bit by bit. Finally, in April 2009, Yutong’s first hydraulic tamping machine was born. This YTQH400, which carries the glory and mission, was successfully delivered to the customer. After four months of construction, it was verified that Yutong's hydraulic dynamic compaction machine fully met the construction needs. On August 16 of the same year, Yutong's hydraulic dynamic compaction machine was officially launched on the market at the Nanchang Customer Association, injecting strong vitality into the development of the dynamic compaction market.

In 2012, Yutong's strong compaction went abroad and sold 34 hydraulic dynamic compaction machines in a single year to aid foreign construction. In 2013, Yutong's dynamic compaction machine won the TOP50 annual product award for China's construction machinery. In 2014, Yutong's B-series dynamic compactors entered the market in batches; in 2021, Yutong's C-series dynamic compactors were launched one after another; in 2023, Yutong released a hydraulic crawler-type dynamic compactor with a maximum compaction capacity of 3,000 tons-meter. From the B series to the C series, Yutong's strong compaction machines have been continuously upgraded, and through successive technological innovations, they have consolidated their product confidence and continuously consolidated their product superiority.

First of all, there are no ready-made products on the market that can be copied. Secondly, as large-scale equipment, construction machinery is not simply pieced together. Secondly, construction machinery must be able to withstand market verification. Therefore, the design team must go through a lot of early research, review, trial and error, and formulate more stringent assessment standards in order to present high-quality products that meet customer requirements in the later stage.

Since 2020, Yutong has successively created many "firsts" in the field of heavy-duty electric construction machinery: the release of the first pure electric rotary drilling rig, the debut of the first extended-range electric rotary drilling rig, and the delivery of the first electric dynamic compactor... ..., for the Yutong heavy equipment team, first is not the end, but more like a new beginning.
